Our vertical autoclaves, with a capacity of 50 4/4 to 1300 4/4, controlled by high precision regulations, are suitable for the sterilization or pasteurization of the most demanding products and packaging (Doypacks, trays, etc.). Their advantage is also in the equipment of an eco-energy recycling system (reduction in water consumption thanks to sprinkling it on the total surface of the packaging to be sterilized and in the cost of energy), ensuring uniformity of cycle temperatures. Solutions through accessories for handling, saving time and effort complete the range of autoclaves, such as mobile jib, monorail, trolleys, etc.
Our horizontal autoclaves are also available in a 950 diameter version with 1 or 2 baskets corresponding to capacities of 200 and 400 4/4 in steam or electric heating. This range is particularly well suited for configurations of premises with low ceiling height, to facilitate handling and improve ergonomics and arduousness. Its eco-energy mode and its options:
