The MV3 controller unit is able to control up to 336 zones and is available in 6 sizes, XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL. To meet the requirements of different market applications such as packaging, automotive, medical, electrical, MV3 is equipped with power cards of 2.5 A, 15 A, 20 A and 30 A, integrated touch screen control panel of 7'', 10'' or 12'' and in-house developed control software under Linux.
The MV3 controllers are easy to maintain with easy accessibility to the inside of the unit achieved by hinged and removable side wings.
The MV3 is equipped with functions such as 4 modes of heating ramps, zone grouping, thermal sensor plausibility, MoldScan mold diagnostics, performance monitoring, leak detection. The HM Interface is available in 11 languages and will have unlimited memory capacity for mold settings.
The recording and monitoring of temperatures during the manufacturing process, as well as communication by means of protocols (SPI - MODBUS - USB - OPC UA 82.2), are components of SISE strategy 4.0
