The HEATEN HeatBooster HBL4 and HBL16 are high-temperature industrial heat pumps designed to recover waste heat from sources such as hot water, condensate, low-pressure steam, and industrial processes, and upgrade it into valuable process heat at temperatures of up to 200°C. They provide a sustainable alternative to conventional gas-, oil-, or coal-fired boilers, helping industries reduce their carbon emissions and accelerate decarbonization efforts.
The system is based on HEATEN’s proprietary large-capacity reciprocating piston compressor technology, enabling temperature levels and thermal outputs that are rarely achievable with conventional industrial heat pumps. This unique design allows the HeatBooster to deliver high-performance, high-temperature process heat while maintaining efficiency and operational flexibility.
