NEXT Series

Description

Summary: The NEXT Series is a range of high energy-efficient industrial dehumidifiers designed for cold and humid environments. Thanks to its patented CVP (Controlled Vapor Pressure) technology, it delivers consistent performance from 0 to 40°C while reducing energy consumption and maintenance requirements. Available in four models (NEXT 200, 300, 400 and 800), the NEXT Series helps industrial operators prevent condensation, corrosion and ice formation in industries such as food production, breweries, and refrigerated storage environments. Detailed presentation: Humidity is a daily challenge in many industrial environments. Condensation on ceilings and equipment, premature corrosion, ice formation, product quality risks and excessive energy consumption are all common consequences of poor humidity control. The NEXT Series was developed to address these challenges in environments where traditional dehumidification technologies reach their limits, particularly in low-temperature applications. Thanks to its patented CVP technology, the NEXT Series maintains stable dehumidification performance across an operating range of 0 to 40°C. Unlike conventional technologies, it delivers high efficiency in cold environments while keeping energy consumption under control. Beyond dehumidification, the NEXT Series also contributes to improved air quality through integrated air filtration and air treatment. Its flexible installation options allow rapid integration into existing facilities, either as a free-blowing solution or connected to ductwork. Each unit includes built-in intelligence designed to automatically optimise operation through: * Remote monitoring and control * Real-time performance tracking * Automatic adaptation to changing humidity conditions * Management of humidity peaks caused by cleaning and washdown operations * Predictive maintenance and self-diagnostics The range includes four models, NEXT 200, NEXT 300, NEXT 400 and NEXT 800, covering a wide variety of capacity and airflow requirements. NEXT solutions are particularly well suited for food production facilities, breweries, logistics hubs, refrigerated storage environments and water treatment plants, as well as other facilities requiring precise humidity control. The result: healthier working conditions, better control of humidity-related risks and significantly lower operating costs.
