The Stoppil filling and capping monoblock is a compact machine for packaging your liquids in containers from 5ml to 5l.
Popular with our customers in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and e-liquid industries, dosing is usually carried out by peristaltic pump or pistons.
As with all our machines, the structure is made of 304L stainless steel (except for the corrosive products or other options). The machine is operated via a 15" colour touch screen. Management of 200 recipes, remote maintenance.
Up to 4 filling heads. For screwing: 1 to 2 heads driven by a brushless motor.
Output: up to 6,000 bottles/hour.
