Conceptogram has upgraded the ergonomics and functionality of its SA6000 semi-automatic packaging machine to create a multi-format dosing station for powdered or granular products. Customised solution = increased productivity: Equipped with three interchangeable filling nozzles, it combines versatility and ease of use. The packaging machine adapts to any format of bags, buckets or pots from 1 to 25 kg, with certified legal metrology weighing to 20 g. Depending on the products and quantities dosed, its speed can reach up to 8 pots/min or 120 bags/hour. One of the technical advances of the SA6000VIB is its bucket and pot filling system, which ensures total sealing. The machine is equipped with a ‘rise and fall’ spout developed specifically for this application, which guarantees accurate and airtight dosing. Under the bucket or pot, a compacting plate compacts the product as it is filled, ensuring uniform distribution.
