Description
Controlpack kraft paper rolls are designed for professional paper cushioning machines such as the Kraft Smart Cushion. Once fed into the machine, the paper is crumpled, folded and compacted to create resistant cushioning pads that fill empty spaces inside boxes, keep products securely in place and reduce movement during transport.
The system allows cushioning material to be produced on demand, directly at the packing station, making it particularly suitable for logistics, industrial and e-commerce operations requiring fast and consistent parcel preparation. Paper cushioning also provides an alternative to plastic protective materials and can be easily integrated into a more responsible packaging approach.
The range is available in single- or double-layer virgin kraft paper, with several paper weights and roll lengths to adapt the level of protection to the products being packed. Single-layer versions are suitable for standard cushioning requirements, while double-layer versions provide enhanced support and shock absorption for heavier or more fragile products.
