For the past 2 years, CELLDAS technology has combined X-ray imaging, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. It enables a wide variety of applications in the processing of pork cuts. With a capacity of 900 parts per hour, the Imaging unit acquires the data which is then used by the CELL unit to make the cuts defined by the chosen Application.
