Yannick undeniably embodies the union of performance and passion! As president of France-Ginseng (Jardins d’Occitanie), the Toulouse-based champion has been revolutionizing organic ginseng cultivation in Occitanie—Europe’s leading ginseng producer—since 2010, with flagship products such as dietary supplements and herbal teas. He is also a co-founder of Excellium Assurances alongside Jérôme Fernandez (former captain of the French national handball team), a company specializing in insurance for agricultural and wine-growing businesses. As if that weren’t enough, Yannick has taken over the family farm to develop wine production, further strengthening his roots in local agriculture…
And his commitment doesn’t stop there! Since 2021, this Toulouse native with an extraordinary career has also served on the Occitanie Regional Council, where he champions a 100% grassroots vision, with a pragmatic approach of “local action, not ideology.”
