The main event of the show, Cap', allows a company to be accompanied from A to Z in the development of an innovative product.
An animation supported by GL events, Agropole, the only European technopole specialized in agri-food, and RIA (specialized journal of the sector).
2024 being the year of CFIA Toulouse and with sports being in the spotlight across the country with the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the product developed will be dedicated to sports nutrition. It must also be vegetal, virtuous or natural.
The project selected for the CFIA Toulouse 2024 edition is:
V 21 with its project of
HEMP PROTEIN INSTANT DRINK
The project focuses on the development of an instant hemp protein drink, derived from their own hemp seed production in the Gers.
The product must be vegetable, virtuous and/ or natural... The instant drink with hemp protein meets all 3 criteria.
What is V21?
The Toulouse startup V21 sells hemp and organic food. It offers seeds, oils and vegetable proteins rich in nutrients. Hemp is grown and processed in the Gers.

Support and assistance on the development of the product by Agrotec the Technical Center of Agropole
A communication on the progress of the project by the magazine RIA
A communication of GL events and a space at the CFIA Toulouse 2024 with presentation of the product, its production line and its tasting.
