The new generation of MEMDOS SMART, stepper-motor-driven diaphragm metering pumps, offers you a wide range of attractive solutions for precise and complex metering applications. Thanks to its innovative drive system, this metering pump enables highly accurate metering of even small quantities. Its asynchronous operation at different speeds during the suction and discharge strokes ensures consistent metering with minimal pulsation. Thanks to the advanced Slow mode, the flow of highly viscous fluids is now even more reliable and reproducible.
The new-generation MEMDOS SMART pump is available in four versions with different features. It is offered in two sizes. For the first size, the available flow rates range from 2.6 L/h at 20 bar up to 30.7 L/h at 6 bar; for the second size, they range from 58.5 L/h at 10 bar up to 182 L/h at 4 bar.
Thanks to various inputs/outputs and the accessories available from Lutz-Jesco,
the microprocessor-controlled MEMDOS SMART pump is
capable of handling the monitoring and communication functions of an entire system.
An optional Ethernet interface allows control of the
cycle rate, number of strokes, operating period, batch, etc.
Due to its compact design, the MEMDOS SMART requires
only a minimal mounting area. This allows it to be easily integrated
even into small, compact dosing systems.
In addition, the new generation of Smart pumps features a
3.5-inch color touchscreen that can be mounted outside the dosing cabinets, thereby increasing operator safety when adjusting the pump settings.
