Description
The Lutz drum emptying system with a tracking plate is used successfully in
the pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetics industries. Thanks to its continuously adjustable
operation, this mobile, stand-alone system is particularly well-suited for the gentle
emptying of drums filled with highly viscous, non-flowing substances.
The eccentric rotor pump mounted on the tracking plate is 3A sanitary certified and allows containers to be emptied at a flow rate of 50 L/min.
This system is available in an electric version rated for 400V three-phase power, in which the pump is equipped with a motor featuring an onboard variable-speed drive, as well as in an ATEX-certified pneumatic version.
