The 1 BLOW 4L is a high-performance linear PET stretch blow moulding machine developed for manufacturers requiring greater production capacity without compromising flexibility or efficiency. Designed to produce PET and rPET bottles from 50 ml to 2.5 litres, it combines a compact footprint with advanced all-electric technology for outstanding productivity and reduced operating costs.
The machine is capable of producing round, square, oval and Hot Fill bottles, with an optional neck orientation system for accurate bottle positioning. It is ideally suited for a broad range of applications, including water, carbonated soft drinks, juices, teas, condiments, household and personal care products, enabling fast product changeovers and flexible manufacturing.
With an output of up to 8,000 bottles per hour, the 4L delivers high production efficiency, excellent bottle quality and reliable operation. Its optimized design minimizes energy and compressed air consumption while simplifying maintenance, making it a cost-effective solution for high-volume PET bottle production.
