Founded in France in 2009, 1 BLOW designs and manufactures innovative linear PET stretch blow moulding machines for the beverage, food, dairy, cosmetics, household and industrial packaging industries. Today, more than 260 machines are operating worldwide, supporting manufacturers with reliable, flexible and energy-efficient production solutions. Based on recent company communications, 1 BLOW continues to expand its international presence while emphasizing low energy consumption, compact machine design and remote customer support.
Designed and manufactured in France, our machines combine a compact footprint, all-electric servo technology and optimized motion control to reduce energy consumption, compressed air usage and maintenance costs. Our solutions process virgin PET and rPET and are suitable for a wide range of applications, from 50 ml bottles to 30 L containers, including hot-fill, neck-oriented and asymmetrical bottles.
1 BLOW's technology enables customers to maximize production flexibility while minimizing total cost of ownership. Existing moulds from major machine brands can often be reused, simplifying investments and production upgrades.
