Description
Controlpack air cushion consumables are designed for use with the SPK 7005 air filling machine, enabling air cushions to be produced directly at the packing station for void filling, cushioning and product protection.
Once inflated by the machine, the film forms lightweight air cushions that fill empty spaces inside cartons, reduce product movement and provide effective protection against shocks and impacts during shipping. This solution is particularly suitable for packing operations requiring fast and flexible cushioning.
The range includes several formats to adapt the cushion size to the product and the volume that needs to be protected. Available SPK 7005 references include 200 mm and 400 mm, 20-micron films, with different cushion dimensions depending on the application. Examples include 200 × 200 mm and 200 × 130 mm cushions.
The air cushion system also allows protective material to be produced on demand, helping reduce storage space compared with preformed cushioning materials.
