The CTCPA (Technical Centre for the Preservation of Agricultural Products) is an industrial technical center established in 1950 to support companies in the canned food and dehydrated vegetable sectors in their product, process, and packaging development initiatives, the preservation of food quality and safety, and their pursuit of environmental and industrial performance.
The CTCPA also provides support services to all food industry companies (from start-ups to large corporations) through audits, consulting and technical studies, laboratory analyses (microbiology, molecular biology, nutritional quality, and packaging), pilot-scale trials and pre-production runs in technology platforms, process evaluations, and both in-house and inter-company training programs.
