The Linx UVG5 is a high-performance UV laser coder designed to deliver permanent, high-quality marking on sensitive materials including flexible films, mono-material recyclable films, rigid plastics and glass. Its cold marking technology minimises thermal impact, preserving substrate integrity while producing sharp, high-contrast, permanent codes.
With no inks or consumables required, the Linx UVG5 helps reduce operating costs and maintenance while maximising production uptime. Capable of marking up to 2,000 characters per second, it combines high-speed performance, easy integration and an intuitive user interface to support demanding manufacturing environments.
The system marks text, logos, barcodes, QR Codes and Data Matrix codes, including GS1 formats, helping manufacturers achieve reliable product traceability across industries such as food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, plastics, cable and extrusion.
