The Linx CSL30 is a 30 W CO₂ laser coder designed to deliver fast, permanent and high-quality marking across a wide range of materials, including glass, rubber, cartons, bottles, labels, plastics and many other packaging substrates. Its flexibility makes it an ideal solution for high-speed production lines and demanding coding applications.
Capable of marking at speeds of up to 900 m/min, with a laser tube life of up to 45,000 hours (application dependent) and requiring no inks or consumables, the Linx CSL30 helps reduce operating costs while maximising production uptime. Its intuitive LinxVision® touchscreen, extensive configuration options and straightforward integration make it suitable for a wide range of manufacturing environments.
The system marks best-before dates, batch numbers, serial numbers, barcodes, QR Codes, Data Matrix codes, logos and other traceability information. Its simplified focus technology enables faster product changeovers, while VisiCode® delivers sharp, consistent codes, even on challenging materials such as glass and rubber.
