PALETTE TYPE H1
Description
The H1 pallet, compatible with E1, E2, E3 and E4 crates, is a benchmark plastic pallet in the food industry, particularly in the meat sector. Thanks to its design and rounded corners, this pallet withstands heavy loads, impacts during handling, storage and intensive logistics operations.
The plastic pallet measures 1,200 × 800 × 160 mm and weighs 18 kg, with a tolerance of ±1%. It is made of virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Its load capacity is 4,800 kg static, 1,200 kg dynamic and 1,000 kg in racking. The standard packaging unit contains 16 pallets.
This nestable model is fitted with three runners and a perforated deck. Its standard colour is light grey, and the height of its retaining edges is 8 mm. It can be used within a temperature range of –40 °C to +70 °C. It features four-way entry for pallet trucks and four-way entry for forklifts.
For road transport, a trailer can hold up to 528 units, a Mega truck up to 594 units, and a Jumbo truck up to 684 units. For sea freight, a 40-foot High Cube container can accommodate 462 units, while a 45-foot High Cube Pallet Wide container can hold 546 units.
Several options are available, including a version without retaining edges, central blocks, other colours, RFID integration, perforated runners, and customisation on request.
