POULTRY SECTOR CRATE – 1.45 KG
Description
The plastic crate has external dimensions of 600 × 400 × 200 mm and internal dimensions of 553 × 343 × 185 mm. It weighs 1.45 kg, with a tolerance of ±3%. It is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with colourants suitable for food contact and freezing. It is resistant to UV rays and weather conditions. Its capacity is 20 kg / 30 litres, and the standard packaging unit contains 88 crates.
This model is stackable and 50% nestable. It is designed for use on a REP pallet and features a perforated base and perforated walls. The standard colour is available on request. Its operating temperature ranges from –20 °C to +60 °C, while the cleaning temperature can reach 90 °C.
In terms of stacking, up to 24 empty crates or 12 full crates can be stacked.
For road transport, a trailer can hold up to 2,904 units. For sea freight, a 40-foot High Cube container can accommodate up to 2,100 units.
Several options are available, including other colours, a version with a smooth base and perforated walls, and customisation on request.
