Description
The Ribawood REP plastic export pallet, available in 800X600, 1,200X 800 and 1,200 × 1,000 mm, is a cost-effective logistics solution for transporting your products safely. Its design facilitates strapping and destacking. Lightweight and nestable, it helps save space when stored empty. Various options are available, including solid or perforated versions, with or without retaining edges, as well as customisation options.
The plastic pallet measures 1,200 × 800 × 134 mm and weighs 4.9 kg, with a tolerance of ±5%. It is made of recycled polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Its load capacity is 1,200 kg static and 850 kg dynamic. It is not designed for use in racking systems. The standard packaging unit contains 48 pallets.
This nestable model is fitted with nine feet and a perforated deck. Its standard colour is black, and the height of its retaining edges is 6 mm. It can be used within a temperature range of –20 °C to +40 °C. It features four-way entry for pallet trucks and four-way entry for forklifts.
For road transport, a trailer can hold up to 1,584 units, a Mega truck up to 1,914 units, and a Jumbo truck up to 2,204 units. For sea freight, a 40-foot High Cube container can accommodate 1,250 units, while a 45-foot High Cube Pallet Wide container can hold 1,650 units.
Several options are available, including a version without retaining edges, other colours, manufacture in virgin material, anti-slip plugs, and customisation on request.
