CSI designs and manufactures electrical and gas infrared installations, short and medium wave infrared. The providing goes from the emitter to the complete oven our tunnel, via radiating panels. The applications are numerous: roasting, browning, pasteurization with or without packaging, cheese fusion, seeds roasting, surface cooking… In step by step (batch) or in continuous process.
CSI designs also decontamination installations (on films or food) by electron beams.
CSI has a testing platform and materials for carrying out tests in customer sites.
