Description
The Ribawood TP collapsible box is the ideal plastic packaging solution for storing and shipping your products safely, thanks to its locking systems. Once empty, it can be returned in a folded state, significantly reducing return transport and storage volume. It is 100% recyclable, collapsible and reusable.
It is available in 800 × 600 mm, 1,200 × 800 mm and 1,200 × 1,000 mm, with an adjustable height of up to 1,580 mm. The Ribawood TP is suitable for all industries and is available with a base fitted with either feet or runners, with or without a picking door, and with customised options.
The system has external dimensions of 1,200 × 800 × (H + 140) mm. Its standard internal dimensions are 1,160 × 760 × (H − 70) mm, while the internal dimensions in the “sandwich” configuration are 1,145 × 745 × (H − 70) mm.
The sleeve has a standard thickness of 10 mm, a grammage of 3,000 g/m², and a height of less than 1,580 mm.
In terms of weight, the pallet weighs 10.6 kg, the lid 6.3 kg, and the runners 3 kg, each with a tolerance of ±3%. The weight of the sleeve varies according to its dimensions and grammage.
The pallet, lid and runners are made of recycled polypropylene (PP). The sleeve is made of virgin polypropylene, although a recycled polypropylene version is also available.
The standard packaging unit includes 25 pallets and lids in Z configuration, or 18 + 18 units, as well as 40 sleeves in M configuration and 90 runners.
