E2 MEAT CRATE
Description
The plastic crate has external dimensions of 600 × 400 × 200 mm and internal dimensions of 567 × 368 × 195 mm. It weighs 2 kg, with a tolerance of ±1%, and is made of virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The standard packaging unit contains 48 crates.
This stackable model is designed for use on a REP pallet. It features smooth walls and a smooth base. Its standard colour is red, and its operating temperature range is from –40 °C to +40 °C. It complies with the DIN 55423-1 standard.
For road transport, a trailer can hold up to 1,584 units, a Mega truck up to 1,848 units, and a Jumbo truck up to 2,128 units. For sea freight, a 40-foot High Cube container can accommodate 1,260 units, while a 45-foot High Cube Pallet Wide container can hold 1,584 units.
Several options are available, including other colours, an alternative slave pallet, and customisation on request.
