Description
The plastic pallet measures 1,200 × 800 × 160 mm and weighs 17.8 kg, with a tolerance of ±3%. It is made of recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Its load capacity is 4,000 kg static, 1,000 kg dynamic, and 850 kg in racking systems. The standard packaging unit contains 16 pallets.
This nestable model is fitted with five runners and a semi-perforated deck. Its standard colour is anthracite, and the height of its blocks is 20 mm. It can be used within a temperature range of –20 °C to +50 °C. It features four-way entry for pallet trucks and four-way entry for forklifts.
For road transport, a trailer can hold up to 528 units, a Mega truck up to 594 units, and a Jumbo truck up to 684 units. For sea freight, a 40-foot High Cube container can accommodate 400 units, while a 45-foot High Cube Pallet Wide container can hold 528 units.
Several options are available, including other colours, anti-slip blocks on the runners, anti-slip plugs for forklifts, and customisation on request.
